Zen Walk
The practice of meditation can benefit a person’s well-being through the development of a state of mindfulness and acceptance. ZenWalk is a guided walking meditation in which users focus their attention on the present and immerse themselves in their surroundings. As people walk to achieve a state of mindfulness, their heightened awareness of their surroundings presents an opportunity to gather information about the environment. At the same time, the data collection interactions are designed to aid in the practice of meditation.
