Our project, "Situated Reflection Systems," aims to streamline mentor-mentee interactions by accelerating the identification of problem signals, assisting in defining root problems, and creating tailored solutions. Our system enhances efficiency, enabling mentors to guide students in overcoming ineffective work habits and fostering personal growth for both parties.
